This book is such a beautiful complicated exploration of how language has been used as a tool of colonialism. Of what it’s like to be a person of color in a PWI and the duality that it creates so that you can survive. It also discusses the act of revolution and whether or not it’s possible for us to supersede all of the insidious things we ignore for our own profit and comfort.
I just- wow.
