Now that I have finally finished the series I'm ready to give my thoughts. (2.75/5).
I can definitely see if I had finished this when I first started reading these as a teenager how I would have enjoyed every book from the first to the last. However, as an adult they were just okay.
I really liked the tension and romance between Shane-Claire and Michael-Eve at first, but by like the 7th book it just got annoying. This may have been because the same phrases were used over and over again to describe the interactions between them.
As far as the town goes, I love the idea of a town ran by Vampires
