**More so in-between 3.75-4.0 stars because it is sadly too short..
I'm actually shocked with how much I liked this one??
The story progression actually kept me on my toes and wanting to know more, plus there's a diverse cast of loveable characters.
My issues are few but still quite notable;
1. A map would have helped a whole lot when visualising the settings.
2. Again, I think that Julien and Whisper's adventure could have been extended into the second book. Though, this series is the type to have one main couple per book as it seems (😔 sigh)
3. It felt a bit rushed in tying up some loose strings at the end. It didn't happen in a bad way, per se, but I do wish there was a lil more elaboration.
