The Seven Sisters
by Lucinda Riley
5 stars means, to me, that I can’t put it down, that I want everyone to read and love it, that I am so happy it’s part of a series and that I hope I love the next sister as much as I loved Maia.
This was such a beautifully written book. Riley has such a talent for using so many details but it not feeing like so many details. You knew how everyone looked, felt, and honestly smelled in this book. You were taking to Geneva, France, and Brazil. It had a sense of mystery, romance, and historical fiction. It was truly the fastest 18 hour listen I have ever had.
I feel so late to the party with this series, but I’m glad that it was picked for book club!
