Amazing. Simply amazing. It's rare that I award 5 stars but I couldn't help give this book that much love. The characters drew me in, and I found myself loving the secondary ones as much (sometimes more) than the main ones (Iris-sigh). The only criticism I have is that the "steam punk" feel wasn't that strong in my mind, but I attribute that to the fact that each person "sees" a book in a different way. It didn't take anything away from the story for me, and I enjoyed it all the same.

I would recommend this book to anyone who likes dystopian novels, or anyone who likes strong characters, or anyone who likes to cry during parts of books (I did not see that coming and it hurt).

If I could draw or anything like that I'd be making fan art for this book. That's how awesome it is!

And finally, anyone who thanks Diet Coke in the acknowledgements is one of my soul mates!

Thank you for writing such an amazing book. I can't wait for the next to come out!
