This is an incredibly written, honest and emotional memoir. It took me a while to get through because some of the content is so heavy and I would highly suggest doing your research on triggers beforehand. Absolutely stunning, but I do recommend picking it up with consideration of where you're at mentally and emotionally to engage with it.
