So good! Rysn has been one of my favorite side characters from the start when she was tasked to care for a pot of grass. I love her tenacity. It’s an incredible struggle to live with a disability that leaves you depending on others. Her search for independence mirrors what I’m seeing in Maggie as she tries to find her own way to accomplish things herself. These books leave me wanting to take notes on how the characters continue to interact and develop. It was also such a joy to see Lopen changing more and genuinely making me laugh.
