A really nice and helpful guide! Covers all sorts of aspects regarding study, group projects. I'm not sure it's a step by step guide to "study less" but there's loads of handy information which will help you maintain a healthy social life while still getting good grades. I read it and took notes alongside, and I recommend that if you choose to read this you do the same.
