City of Shattered Light by Claire Winn

This has a cyberpunk vibe but is maybe a little light on the setting details that one might expect to accompany that. The tropes are strong and it was a tad predictable in its twists and turns but I still enjoyed the characters and the way that they moved through the plot and interacted with each other. And the queer rep and not-cis-white-male-author rep in scifi are definite bonuses here. It's a debut novel so I'll definitely be giving the next one a read too.
