The Strange Affair of Spring Heeled Jack by Mark Hodder

Justin recommended this to me, and I might not have picked it up on my own, but I enjoyed it. I haven't read a lot of steam punk, but it was kind of interesting for it to explain in the story how the world ended up being all steam-punky, and it had constant entertaining action.
