I really liked this book. I’ve had a string of ok books lately so this one was just what I needed. I think if you like a good thriller this one will not let you down. Somewhere around 85 to 90% I was think you know I could see this being made into a big screen movie. I could see it played out there.

Normally I can figure out the twists and this one I really wasn’t completely sure. I had different suspicions along the way but I really think this book was good at keeping me guessing.

My only issues with the book which I didn’t dock any in the ratings was one I felt the main character put herself into situations that I thought oh my god why?! And the other which I’ll put in spoiler in case anyone feels this way throughout the book. I don’t want to spoil it. Was one of my expectations based on both my past reading experiences and where I thought the author was leading.

I realize this was a typical thriller and I come from the world of romance but I could definitely see that the author could have easily turned this into a romantic suspense and I did hope for that. Part of that is just because I do like a bit of romance mixed with my suspense but also the author did give the main character 3 potential love interests. I was rooting for a bit of something with the boss so I was sort of disappointed that even at the end there was nothing. I’m hopeful if I read the next one maybe just maybe....lol
