The Ministry of Unladylike Activity by Robin Stevens

5.0

This book is the first book in a spin-off series to Murder Most Unladylike, which I LOVED so much (however you can read it on its own). Instead of focusing on Daisy Wells and Hazel Wong, it focuses on Hazel's little sister May, along with Eric and Fionnuala. The book starts with May, who escapes school to try and find a spy; but instead she stumbles straight into a murder scene. It is blamed on a gang of attackers that came into the house through the French window from the wet outside and left without a trace.

But there was no mud on the carpet.

I thought this book was great and hit me with nostalgia from Robin Stevens' previous books. I would 100% recommend it to everyone but mostly to younger people (10+?) in particular. I am a bit biased, but I give it 5/5 stars.
