I liked this book up until the 50% mark, it started strong and brought so much depth into the characters as individuals, but as soon as the two characters were on page together, pieces that made the characters (for me) fell too far into the background and all the moments that i thought would matter, didn't?
it just felt like the first and second half were two different books, and i grew frustrated reading it, which makes me sad bc i loved LOVED the first half
