More like a collection of stories than a book and in 2 parts influenced by 2 authors this book is amazing. it's large but the way it's written (in adventures rather than chapters) makes it easy to pick up and put down between appointments. the 2nd books' chapters are more individual than the 1st which i found to be more of one large story broken into smaller parts. i read and am familiar with many of the adventures of the knights of king arthur and this book is much like reading their collected stories. enjoyable and by the time you get to the 2nd book you understand why people were so obsessed with there being a sequel.... like seeing old friends agian.
