This series hits new levels with book 3 and then continues in this book. All the ground of the first 2 books are massively paying off!

I love the storytelling frame of these (I don't care how realistic people find it - the ride is fantastic) but just having a group of characters we love all in the same place reliving moments that lead to how they got there, with all the messy-ness of those reveals is so delicious!

There's a very key plot point this book needs to unpack and I think it reflects the importance of it giving the big moment we left on in book 3.

This is a huge moment for all the characters to sort themselves out, deal with their fears, mistrust, anger, love and all the ships!

I love seeing some of my favourites from book one back in the spotlight as well as loving all of our mains and their frenemies!

Jen Lyons dialogue rich in snark and sarcasm (snarckasim if you will) is always the shiny star of this series, still just having the edge for me over her incredibly well thought out plot that we now see piecing together beautifully

Terrified and delighted to get to the final installment and conclude this fantastic chaotic amazing series that I have fallen in love with!
