This book did a really good job showing the thoughts of a character with anxiety/depression. It really resonated with me. I absolutely adored the first 2/3 of the book. Last 1/3, I lost some interest. The plot didn't feel quite right to me and maybe a bit hurried? I'm happy with how it ended but I really wish we saw more of the MCs together rather than them dealing with things keeping them apart. I also feel mixed about adding in Ewan POV. I think that detracted from being immersed in Isla's anxious headspace. However, it was good to read how he was responding to her and just how much she was overthinking/misinterpreting some things.  If only for how Isla was portrayed, I would recommend this book.
