i absolutely devoured this book. i read it all in one sitting and i had a blast the entire time. the little mermaid is my favorite, and this was such a fantastic modern retelling. melody was such a lovely character, and eric was the perfect balance of sweet and sexy. i loved loved loved his povs. the only reason this doesn’t get five stars is bc it was a bit insta-lovey. we definitely still got all the pining and angst, but still…insta-lovey
