It was ok. First off, MC was not a good person at all. He cheats on his girlfriend, seemed to be emotionally unavailable for his little brother who is eventually driven to killing himself, and seems to have a violent nature and access to a gun Even so, sometimes you can't help but root for him. The problems he faces are huge and encompass his whole life, and the author does a good job of making you feel for him. This book was also a little too long, I feel it would have benefited from being just a little shorter. I thought the ending was a little strange but didn't hate it, it just came out of nowhere. The writing style was an interesting change of pace. Overall a pretty decent book, just not the best.
