samanthakroese 's review for:
I Can't Sleep
by JE Rowney
Interesting premise
I was a real fan of this author's other book so I grabbed this one immediately. As an avid thriller/horror reader the thrill in this one didn't grip me but if you like lighter thrills you should give this a try. It was well written and I did find the plot rather interesting. The character is in first person present tense, and an unreliable narrator, so by the end it's very confusing what is real and what isn't. Which may be the point?
I would have given it more stars if the ending was more clear about what happened. All it left for me was more questions.
I did really like Ghosted by this author though so will try other books by them.
