Descent by Tim Johnston

This novel sees how a family cope with the disappearance of a daughter, kidnapped while hiking in a mountain with her brother. As most chapters were interesting, I thought that some of the first ones were a little confusing. I wasn't sure if there were some flashbacks or if things were more chronological. I thought the chapters concerning the mother were not as great and maybe not developed enough, but on the other hand the novel would have been really long if it was. Overall, I really liked the book and recommend it.
