Let me start off by saying I am in complete shock. I don't know how long it has been since I read a book this good but it is AMAZING. I said Fourth Wing was good, this is on a different level. It has the perfect level of fantasy elements but it is still easy to follow, which I appreciate. THE CHARACTER BUILDING OMG and also it wasn't THAT predictable so it Lowkey ate. I highly recommend. Im actually so excited to read the next book. The writing in this book was so good and it was the PERFECT length. My ONLY complaint is sometimes the main love interest was really REALLY over the top mean and it didn't seem fitting, but I understand that it was needed for his type of character and im super excited to learn about his backstory.
