Did not finish book. Stopped at 26%.

This was so painful. Repeated how many other books he’s published every other paragraph and has no research or facts just drivel like this: “when my mom buys snacks, it doesn’t mean I have to eat them. Even if my mom offers me junk food, I can reject it. As an adult, I need to take responsibility for my own health and my own life.”
Wow. Groundbreaking.
