Far and Away: A Prize Every Time by Neil Peart

3.0

3.5 stars. At first, I was disappointed to find out that this was just a collections of Neil Peart's blogs, many of which I've already read. (Of course, its my fault for being surprised about this, by just blindly buying the book without doing any real research, simply because it is the latest of Neil's writings). But after reading it for awhile, I started to realize that I didn't care and that I was enjoying his usual combination of travelogue, social commentary, personal stories, and memoirs.

In the end, I don't think it was quite as good as "Ghost Rider", "Roadshow", and "Traveling Music", but it was definitely better than "Masked Rider". If you liked Neil's other writing, then you will like this. If you've already read all of the blogs, then maybe you can skip this one.

I, for one, am glad to support Neil's writing habit financially. Hopefully there will be more books! Plus my two year old son is potty training and always asks for this book while he is "working on something". He loves to look at the photos.
