Delightfully disgusting! One of the best horror novels I’ve had the pleasure of reading.
Graphic: Animal cruelty, Animal death, Body horror, Child death, Death, Emotional abuse, Fatphobia, Gore, Physical abuse, Self harm, Suicidal thoughts, Torture, Violence, Blood, Murder, Gaslighting, Toxic friendship, and Injury/Injury detail
Moderate: Body shaming, Bullying, Confinement, Cursing, Mental illness, Suicide, Terminal illness, Vomit, Grief, Medical trauma, Stalking, and Schizophrenia/Psychosis
Definitely not for the faint-hearted or squeamish. I’m an avid horror fan and even I found parts of this book difficult to get through (though loved it overall)! Proceed with caution if you’re triggered by gore / body horror / animal abuse.
