I Can't Make This Up: Life Lessons by Kevin Hart, Neil Strauss
3.0

It's clear why he's one of the funniest comedians out there now, he has learned to genuinely share his truth. The issue is his truth is messy. I'm conflicted because his history with drunk driving, domestic violence, and other inappropriate behavior needs to be discussed. I'm happy he's using his platform to show other's how to step up. On the other hand, so many others come from single mother homes, poverty, and other bad circumstances but don't make these reckless choices. I hope that people don't glorify dropping out and find his somewhat hidden message that we all need to find what we're good at and leave this world with an honorable legacy.
