Formulaic, felt like the FMC could have been more mature/her thoughts and internal dialogue didn’t really feel like she was 28, a lack of emphasis on writing/ I personally don’t like this style, a lot of filler/felt super slow, any conflict felt forced or wasn’t really felt at all & things just kind of happened in order of the description slowly. Lots of side characters that I didn’t really connect with/ felt like they needed to be there.
