Nobody Is Ever Missing by Catherine Lacey

4.0

“I was not a person but just some evidence of myself.”

i’m still not sure how i feel about this book…elyria is certainly a very complicated character & had quite the journey.
i listened to the audiobook because i found the style of prose to be difficult to read on a page, but it worked very well in audiobook form and i enjoyed the narrator’s NZ accents.
i’m glad i read this overall. i think i related a little too much to elyria at times…i mean who doesn’t want to run away to new zealand and leave everything behind? sounds amazing
