Kingston and Queenie are great characters and getting inside Kingston's head was so fun. He is so sweet, but he is still an alpha male and when his possessive and protective side shows...MY HEART.
Kingston is lowkey freaky and if you are looking for that in a book--this is it for you. IT'S ALWAYS THE QUIET ONES. He is so understanding and so open that it is really hard to believe that his mother is who raised him because she definitely was not at first. He actually courts Queenie and it is so romantic.
Queenie is probably my favorite heroine in the series. I love her attitude and I love the way she carries herself. Like a queen...see what I did there?
This is a great hockey romance and I definitely recommend this book and series to anyone that loves hockey romances.
