4/12/20: I think this is actually my 3rd time reading it, and hoo boy, I liked it SO MUCH BETTER now. I think reading the other Arrow books really helped me get in the headspace to fully enjoy this book and everything Judd had to offer. I was so turned off by him, especially after reading the first 2 previous very delicious and very emotional books, and this is a big shift in the series - not only having a male Psy and female changeling, but having someone who is incredibly reserved and more than a little standoffish be the male lead. I love, love, love how Judd has grown as a character in this series, and really appreciated this book a lot more seeing him develop as a mentor and friend to the other Arrows, younger SnowDancers, and Kaleb specifically. Bumping this up a whole star because of that.

4/19/17: I didn't enjoy this book nearly as much as the first two. I skimmed more of it than anything just to get through it, sadly. It was cool to see the inside of the SnowDancer compound though, and broaden the world a bit outside of the PsyNet. Hopefully we start seeing more action with the overarching plot soon.
