kariczs 's review for:
Between the World and Me
by Ta-Nehisi Coates
emotional
inspiring
reflective
medium-paced
beautifully intimate glimpse into a father’s worry for his child and the generational baggage of race in America. hard to write a review because I feel the topics explored in the book are surface level, but upon further reflection, this book is meant for a 15 year old, so the amount of history and social commentary is right at that level.
