The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life by Mark Manson

5.0

What can I say about this book? After reading this I will never be the same again (queue the dramatic music). This is not your average "self help" book, and a lot of what Mark says is uncomfortable and sometimes even emotional but my little brain has made so many big connections that I feel so free and powerful.

Do you know when you see something and you immediately think... I can't unsee that. This is that, in the best possible way. I recommend this book to literally everyone but especially: people who find little to be happy about, people who are struggling with choices, people who feel they don't have a choice and last but not least people who give a fuck about way too many things.

I have made notes and could practically sum up the book in ten bullet points. But what's a bullet without a gun? You need the stories that help drive the point home. They are fascinating, sad, frustrating and funny. All of which will make you reassess your life and give you a power you never knew you had. The power to not give a F*CK.
