Almost DNF because it was all to close to reality at 70%.
Heartbreaking. Miserable. Overpowering. IYKYK.
But then looked at the reviews again, and have to say that at 80% and 90%, the emotions had rollercoastered all over the place.
Low rating because of the s l o w build of the story. A real snooze until 70% then it's a straight series of anxiety attacks. Worth the read, but the adventure is very real and could be triggering for some audiences. π₯Άπ₯Άπ₯Άπ₯Άπ₯Ά
The tension is cleverly relieved, and the story is altogether rewarding, but wouldn't advise to start in on the last half unless it can be finished. Jaws clenched just thinking about all of it. πππππ
