The Trial of the Chicago 7: The Official Transcript by Daniel Greenberg, Mark L. Levine, George C. McNamee

4.0

this was really difficult to get through, just because the judge was an absolute prick throughout the entire trial. like i simultaneously can and cannot believe that this trial was a real, actual thing that happened and that this transcript contained real, actual words spoken by real, actual human beings. what a way to start off the year/finish 2020; if you're interested in politics, social justice, or american history at all, i cannot recommend this one enough.
