this book was such a cute, sweet, fun, quick read! i am such a huge fan of ann’s writing, and this series has been one of my favorites. it’s cute and fluffy and such a great escape.
i loved harrison and fallon so much. trouble and hotshot 😩💕 the tension when they started out, harrison’s mom meddling to get him to hire fallon, the ensuing prank war, and all of it turning into a beautiful second chance romance… ugh i LOVE THEM. the whole retired hockey player turned CEO thing really did it for me, too. and the revelation that walter was getting in on the meddling by sneaking cat into the apartment was such a funny small addition to the story.
also i 1000% relate to fallon’s diet coke obsession, I’d take an IV of it if i could too.😂
i’m usually not a fan of miscommunication trope, but i truly ate this up, and their second chance was just so good🥹 i’m so sad this series is done, but can’t wait to see what ann surprises us with next!! 🫶🏼
