When the Light Went Out by Bridget Morrissey

3.0

This book had a lot of enjoyable parts to it, the ties between the friends that have been severed due to the accident being put back together, the mysteries around some of the issues finally being resolved, the relationships all really well done. Where this book fell flat for me is you found out so much so quickly that the last 50 pages although important I didn’t really care about. I have also read this “notes from the deceased” trope before and I don’t think it’s really my thing, although this one has a twist that I should have seen coming this book for me was just ok.
