This book was a fun, fast, Christmas read. I enjoyed the Christmas puns and pop culture Christmas references.  It is meant to be light hearted and plausible ridiculous. It was a good story and written well and had reindeer zombies. 

Mrs. Claus was lacking in a character and the Victoria Secret Catalog presence took up too much of the story. Also the villains motivatation was a little lame especially since the before mentioned character of Mrs. Claus lacking depth.  I have mixed feelings on Kramputin but I think that was the point.

but I would recommend and I will read the next one.
