P.S. I Love You by Cecelia Ahern

4.0

Holly and Gerry were a happily married young couple- not perfect, but happy. When Gerry is diagnosed with a terminal illness, he realizes that Holly will struggle without him, so he does what he can, through a series of letters to be opened after he’s gone.

We watch Holly grieve, struggle, and, ultimately, finally grow up.

I liked it. There are no miracles here. Holly still misses Gerry terribly, and she isn’t ready for another relationship, so there’s no big happy ending, but — she does finally realize that she’s going to be okay.
