I got this book almost 10 years ago from a giveaway and it got packed in a box and put into storage while I moved around for a while. If I had read it 10 years ago, I would have thoroughly enjoyed the book. Years of reading later, I found some plot points iffy and some that should have been explored better. The writing was done well, even though I felt there wasn't necessarily character development the author gives you a pretty good idea who the characters are and why they do what they do. I'd call this a nice palate cleanser to read in between books.
