Hook, Line, and Sinker by Tessa Bailey

Hannah, the grounded and practical of two very wealthy sisters, falls for a notorious modern-day fisherman rake in her dead dad's hometown, and it's very sweet! Fox's issues were pretty fleshed out in this book (dude is a mess) if not resolved, and it was a nice pairing with Hannah's generally good emotional health and growing confidence. Very cute, very contained story. I'm never going to love the "I'm breaking up with you for your own good" last minute conflict, but other than that, I had no major gripes, and sometimes that's all you need.
