You would think that by the fifth book in this series you would start getting bored, or that the story would start winding down, getting tame, losing some of the twists and turns. You would be wrong.
The story is still going strong. There are still enough twists and turns, action, and excitement to keep you hooked. The characters are still as real and interesting as they were in book one of the series. I enjoy watching them grow and evolve as they have new experiences and learn more about who they are individually.
There are still some unanswered questions, so there is definitely a hook that catches you, keeps you eager for the next book. I am looking forward to seeing how the author wraps up the series.
I recommend this series to anyone that enjoys a great fantasy story that spans several books without getting stale. There is enough action and drama to keep you thoroughly engaged in the story.
