Atlas of a Lost World: Travels in Ice Age America by Craig Childs

3.0

There was a lot of interesting info in this book and I definitely think I've gained an understanding of some specific aspects of Ice Age humans. However, I found it surprisingly difficult to follow a bigger narrative. I felt like the book jumped around chapter to chapter and didn't do enough to tie together a narrative of human introduction to North America. Of course, that might be in part because we don't yet have that narrative understood and a lot more research needs to happen but it was a downside for me while reading.
