Ladies, be prepared to add another book boyfriend to the top of your list because Daddy Axel is ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ!!!
Maddie is a girl from a small town who owns a coffee shop. She seems like she has it all but... She wants a boyfriend. Specifically to go with her to her best friends wedding.

So she goes on a blind date with a guy on a dating app. Only its not him who shows, but Daddy Axel (her dates dad) to let her know his son is basically standing her up!
Axel and Maddie end up hitting it off and Axel even finds himself at Maddie's place for a late night snack and some...cuddling... Axel thinks its all kinds of wrong but he loses his head around Maddie.

After that encounter they part and the two cant seem to get the other off their minds no matter how hard they try. Its not until Axel shows up on another blind date of Maddie's that he makes it clear...

She is his.

It's kind of instant romance from here, swoon worthy moments and lots of delicious spice, spice, spice! I love Axel and Maddie and when they are together it is pure romantic comedy! I loved that the she is in her 30s and he is in his 50s!

There is a bit of fat shaming in here so be warned and find comfort that Daddy Axel does not put up with that BS.
All in all...READ THIS BOOK! I did not read part 1 (yet) so this can definitely be read as a standalone!!
