This is the second book in this series, and I must tell you that it’s probably one of the better books I’ve read in a while. Why, you ask? Well, the emotions that it elicited from me were wide and varied including anger, frustration, shock (OMG, especially the end!), betrayal, so many feelings (and yes, some good ones, too). I even had to stop reading at a couple of points because I was just so angry. Dystopian/futuristic/NA books aren’t really my favorite, and you would think I wouldn’t like this book, but I did. Great storytelling with an enthralling plot kept me engaged throughout the whole book. Prejudice is ugly no matter who it’s aimed at and this book just shows that…and how it can blind you to the truth. Read this book; it’s well worth a read: entertaining and enlightening. Highly recommend this book, and I received a complimentary copy which I voluntarily reviewed.
