WOW! it took me far longer than it usually would to read this book as I really struggled with Jude's story and the emotional rollercoaster it took me on. This is one of those books that leaves a lasting emotional impact on the reader. I could not write a review that would do justice to how well the writing engaged the reader with the characters! Exceptionally sad but totally worth it.
