6 weeks to study the overarching story of the Bible is a little (A LOT) ambitious. Needless to say, It took 2.5 months to go through the study with two others ladies. Angie Smith created an amazing tool to help give context to the stories we may or may not have heard on Sunday Mornings. Understanding why the call of Abraham, the mass Exodus, the divided kingdom, etc. fit in to the seamless story of the Bible.
I'd just recommend to Bible Study leaders NOT to take the easy way out and taking Angie's word for it and challenging your bible study group to dive into the Bible and the passages that she's addressing. She likes to throw her opinions/assumptions in there that will confuse the heck out of some people especially those her are just reading the Bible for the very first time.
