This wasn’t my favorite Glendy Vanderah book but it was still a good read! More romance than anything, you follow Riley and Vaughn whose lives are interconnected by dark secrets. I don’t typically love this trope, especially when the characters fall for each other despite the lies and secrets. However, Vanderah is a wonderful writer, with some of the best descriptive language around nature. I felt like I was on their farm with them as she explained the beautiful landscape and critters.
Definitely worth reading!
