honestly, i really loved the story of snow and how this fits into the knowledge of what we know about him later. there are many paths people can choose to take when faced with tyranny, and sometimes that choice is to fall in line and be just as cruel back. there were so many moments where you could see the choices that would start to lead him to where we find him in katniss’s story and i loved that. the biggest fault of this book honestly is the length because it felt like it dragged at times
that, and having to read “coriolanus” just every other word it seemed omg
maybe a better thought out review to come idk but i had a lot of fun reading it and can’t wait to close out my reread of them all with sunrise on the reaping
