The itineraries are not realistic and they omit major components and attractions of some cities.
Like why does Boise highlight tater tots when they were invented in Oregon? And why wasn't the Anne Frank Memorial included by the Birds of Prey (almost an hour outside of downtown) was included? They don't even mention Art in the Park which has happened the first weekend of September for years but they do mention "Bug Day"? And it's Boise STATE University. Not Boise University.
But yes, the greenbelt and parks are amazing.
The "itineraries" would take 2-3 days not one.
This book is for children and everything should be fact checked because the writers neglected to do so.
