Everyone should read this book, truly everyone—it may be one of the most important books I’ve ever read. Reading it, I felt called out, seen, and supported. I found it insightful and think it would be helpful to anyone who ever has crucial conversations, which again, I imagine is everyone. I wish this book was taught in every school and I know I will be coming back to it again and again in the future for wisdom and guidance.
