I picked this up because of John Joseph Adams talking about it on the Geeks Guide to the Galaxy podcast.
I've read many times many science fiction anthologies. Until now, I've rarely enjoyed the stories. Every single story in this collection is mind-blowingly amazing! I absolutely love the fact that not only are there science fiction stories, but also short interviews on the authors. In addition, the essays at the end are on point. I can relate to so many of them, being a super nerdy kid in the 90's.
And if you didn't already figure it out- this collection is written, edited, and illustrated exclusively by women.
Is it appropriate for me to type in caps? I'm going to anyway. THIS COLLECTION IS AMAZING!!!! Go read it. :)
